1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Flame Core Technology Limited, the operator of ShopPilot AI. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What ShopPilot provides

ShopPilot provides product discovery, comparison, recommendation, price-alert, and affiliate-link services. We are an information and referral platform. We are not the seller, manufacturer, payment processor, delivery company, or warranty provider for products shown on the service.

Any purchase is made directly from the selected merchant under that merchant's terms, privacy policy, return policy, pricing, availability, delivery arrangements, and warranty.

3. Live affiliate and merchant data

Displayed AliExpress products, images, prices, feedback rates, recent-order counts, availability, and promotion links are retrieved from the official AliExpress affiliate interface and may be cached briefly for performance. ShopPilot identifies fields that the feed does not provide rather than estimating them.

Catalog prices are stored in the feed currency. When ShopPilot displays another currency, the amount is an exchange-rate estimate for convenience and may differ from the merchant's checkout conversion. Promotion codes are shown from verified partner schedules and may be restricted by country, dates, account status, minimum spend, product eligibility, app channel, or combination rules. AliExpress determines final code acceptance.

Merchant information can change between retrieval and checkout. Always verify the final price, seller, specifications, availability, shipping, taxes, delivery, returns, and warranty on the merchant's website before purchasing. The merchant's checkout information controls the transaction.

4. AI and recommendation limitations

Recommendations are generated from available product data, ranking rules, and, where enabled, AI services. They are informational and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Scores express comparative judgment rather than a guarantee of quality, safety, compatibility, performance, reliability, or value.

You remain responsible for checking product suitability, professional requirements, electrical standards, compatibility, safety notices, and merchant information before acting.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend or restrict an account to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, manipulate affiliate attribution, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automated access except through an interface we expressly approve.

7. Affiliate relationships

ShopPilot may receive a commission when you follow a qualifying link and complete a purchase. Commission rates are not used to rank products or offers. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.

8. Intellectual property

ShopPilot software, branding, interface, original text, ranking presentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Flame Core Technology Limited. Merchant names, product names, trademarks, images, and specifications belong to their respective owners and are used for identification or comparison.

9. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to independent websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, transactions, delivery, returns, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we guarantee or exclusively endorse a merchant.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep ShopPilot accurate, secure, and available, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every recommendation, data point, alert, or third-party link will be complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flame Core Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of ShopPilot, reliance on recommendations, or a transaction with a merchant. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the free service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to ShopPilot for the relevant service or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

12. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature and may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice. You may stop using ShopPilot at any time.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
